We’ll be finalizing event details, organizing volunteerss, and brainstorming ways to make both events fun, welcoming, and community-driven. Whether you’re ready to pitch in or just want to learn more, your voice matters.

Join us for an evening of community, food, and fun at our annual National Night Out celebration! This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, connect with the Sunset Neighborhood Association Board, and enjoy some summer fun in the park.
We’ll have:
Bouncy house & lawn games
Free books for kids and adults
Raffle giveaways
Fried chicken, watermelon, veggie trays & ice cream sandwiches
BYOB and feel free to bring something to share!
We’re also expecting visits from Boise Police, the Boise Fire Department, and other special guests.

🍂 Free Compost Available! Thanks to the City of Boise, we’ll have compost available on-site for residents of Sunset Neighborhood - first come, first served! BYO wheelbarrow or container, we'll provide a shovel.
🌽 Veggie Share: Bring excess bounty from your garden to share with neighbors!
🌱 Seed Swap: Have extra seeds? Looking to try something new in your garden? Bring seeds to share or come pick some up!
This is a great chance to connect with neighbors, support sustainability, and prep your garden for fall and winter 🍁

FREE Compost will be dropped off by the City of Boise for residents of Sunset Neighborhood. Come anytime during park hours to pick up compost for your garden!
